Well I’m headed back to Kennedy Space Center in Florida for another NASATweetup, this time for the GRAIL mission to the Moon – yes, I’m addicted! If you’ve ever been to a NASATweetup then you know how I feel. Once you get bit by the bug, you’re pretty much done. You want more NASATweetup.

If you don’t know me, or have just stumbled upon my page, or haven’t heard, NASATweetup is a gathering of people who follow NASA on Twitter. It is sponsored by NASA and is an incredible opportunity to get access to NASA facilities, NASA Astronauts and Scientists, NASA employees, other special guests, like Bill Nye The Science Guy, Elmo, as well as other general spacey goodness. Head to http://www.nasa.gov/connect to see all of NASA’s Social Media connections and http://www.nasa.gov/connect/tweetup/ to learn more about NASATweetup.

If you’re interested in science, space, rockets, astronomy, or any of the other sciences, you HAVE to sign up for Twitter, follow @NASA, and throw you hat into the ring for a NASATweetup. It will change your life. Promise! 🙂

Also, what’s cooler than a rocket launch, up close and personal?!? 🙂

I am honored to have been selected to participate in the NASATweetup for the GRAIL mission. As stated on one of NASA’s GRAIL sites, “the Gravity Recovery And Interior Laboratory (GRAIL) mission will create the most accurate gravitational map of the moon to date, improving our knowledge of near-side gravity by 100 times and of far-side gravity by 1000 times.”

Check out some of the details of GRAIL:

Look for updates here, and pics and videos on Flickr, and my other social media outlets.

Thanks for stopping by and thank you NASA for this incredible opportunity!

Peace,
Flux.
